This is just an update for all the friends Laura and I met over the last four years at Secrets. Remember the girl that was up every morning cleaning, cooking, mowing, getting drinks for everyone and pretty much never stopped all day? She has been reduced to sleeping about 18 hours a day and is pretty sick most of the time. Most of you already know Laura needs a new liver. There is good news though.   As of 6/5/08 she is actively listed on two transplant lists. One transplant program in Omaha Ne. and one in Kansas City Ks.  Hope we see you all there this summer.

But if you want nightlife, or high-powered daytime sports, you've come to the right place:  Secrets is only a few minutes' drive from the Lake of the Ozarks, playground of the Midwest.

 

From parasailing to jet skis, the Lake of the Ozarks has an extreme sport for every taste.  And at night, the communities around the Lake host parties to remember every summer weekend.
